Endodontist Kate Huza, DMD

Dr. Huza grew up in Guilford, CT and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Huza worked on clinical research in UConn’s endodontic department where she realized her passion for treating infection and alleviating dental pain in patients. While in dental school, she received the American Association of Endodontists Award of Excellence and was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

Following dental school, Dr. Huza and her husband, Rob, moved to NYC where she completed her Post-Doctoral Endodontic program at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She spent ten years practicing dentistry and endodontics in Manhattan  before moving back to CT with her family.

Dr. Huza became a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in 2018 when she successfully completed the written, oral, and case history board examinations. She actively participates in continuing education and values quality, integrity, and communication in her everyday practice.  She is the current President of the Bridgeport Dental Association and is proud to be named Best Dentist in Endodontics by Connecticut Magazine from 2023 – 2025.

When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Huza and her husband chasing their three young sons Alex, Grant, and Calvin on the playground, in the lake and ocean, or on the ski slopes. Dr. Huza loves cooking, exploring local hiking trails and international travel. She is thankful to live close to her family, who reside throughout central and southern CT and along the Jersey Shore.

 

Endodontist Lindsay Gorman, DMD

Dr. Lindsay Gorman is a board-eligible endodontist known for her calm demeanor, meticulous care, and commitment to patient comfort. A Connecticut native, Dr. Gorman is proud to be back home providing expert root canal treatment and endodontic care to the community where she grew up.

She completed her advanced training in endodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry at Saint Louis University, following a General Practice Residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Gorman earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Throughout her career, Dr. Gorman has combined technical excellence with a personal touch. She has volunteered on dental mission trips to Haiti and Uganda, taught future healthcare professionals at Yale, and co-authored multiple research publications in dental education and clinical care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Gorman is a certified fitness instructor, avid hiker, and former collegiate athlete. Whether working with anxious patients or tackling complex root canal cases, she brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every treatment.
