Meet The Doctors
Endodontist Kate Huza, DMD
Dr. Huza grew up in Guilford, CT and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Huza worked on clinical research in UConn’s endodontic department where she realized her passion for treating infection and alleviating dental pain in patients. While in dental school, she received the American Association of Endodontists Award of Excellence and was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Following dental school, Dr. Huza and her husband, Rob, moved to NYC where she completed her Post-Doctoral Endodontic program at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She spent ten years practicing dentistry and endodontics in Manhattan before moving back to CT with her family.
Dr. Huza became a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in 2018 when she successfully completed the written, oral, and case history board examinations. She actively participates in continuing education and values quality, integrity, and communication in her everyday practice.
When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Huza and her husband chasing their three young sons Alex, Grant, and Calvin on the playground, in the lake and ocean, or on the ski slopes. Dr. Huza loves cooking, exploring local hiking trails and international travel. She is thankful to live close to her family, who reside throughout central and southern CT and along the Jersey Shore.

Endodontist Kim Do, DDS
Dr. Kim Do grew up in California, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. During her time at USC, Dr. Do participated in specialized programs providing dental care to special needs patients, which deepened her commitment to compassionate patient care.
Following dental school, Dr. Do served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps for ten years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. She pursued advanced training in endodontics at the prestigious Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD, where she also completed a Master of Science in Oral Biology. During her residency, Dr. Do led an innovative clinical trial focused on improving endodontic outcomes.
Dr. Do became a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and continues to participate in professional development to stay at the forefront of her field. She values precision, integrity, and clear communication in her daily practice.
When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Do enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, nerding out on endodontic forums and exploring the Connecticut shoreline.
